As part of its 125 year anniversary celebrations,  GAA president Mr Liam O’Neill will officially open the new Tinryland GFC pitch. This opening will be immediately preceded by an unveiling of photos of our past two county secretaries James Brophy and Tommy O’Neill.  Mr O’Neill is expected to arrive at 6.30pm.

A full day of activities is planned beginning with juvenile football matches from under-6 all the way up to under-16.  Our junior A team will play O’Hanrahans at 5.45 and this will be followed at 7.30 by a match between our senior team and The Fighting Cocks. This will be the first time these teams have met at senior level in 70 years. Music and a BBQ will follow the match. A great night’s entertainment is guaranteed and we look forward to seeing all of our members and friends.
