The Tinryland under-21 team suffered a heavy defeat to Naomh Eoin in the county final (Naomh Eoin 2-14 Tinryland 0-07). The Tinryland side lost the physical battle in the first half and entered the break trailing by 10 points. In the second half the Myshall side controlled the game and ran out comfortable winners. In the end nobody could complain about the result. Naomh Eoin played a vastly superior game in terms of bravery in winning the breaking ball and skill in amassing an impressive score.
