Tinryland’s opening score came after 5 minutes when Michael Delaney pointed and a goal in the 11th minute from Peter Hennessy kept the men in blue and white in touch. The second quarter was much more productive as points from Rory Doyle, Conor McGrath (2), and a goal from the hard working Cathal Whelan brought Tinryland right back into contention. The half time score was Ballinabranna 3-2 Tinryland 2-4.
